By using our website or engaging with Pensora's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or proceed with a booking.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Organisations using our HR Communication Advisory service confirm that the representative accepting these terms is authorised to do so on the organisation's behalf.
Access to and use of this website does not itself constitute entering into a service agreement. A formal agreement is formed only when Pensora confirms a booking or engagement in writing.
3. Services Overview
Pensora provides the following educational and informational services. All services are general in nature and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or regulatory advice of any kind.
- Understanding the System: Group Workshop — A plain-language group session covering how retirement schemes are generally structured in Thailand, common terminology, and where to find official information. Delivered in-person with printed handouts.
- Document Organiser Toolkit — A practical kit and guided session helping individuals gather and store their retirement-related paperwork. Includes checklists, folder templates, and a simple record sheet. Does not interpret documents or offer advice.
- HR Communication Advisory — A B2B advisory programme helping employers communicate workplace retirement benefits clearly to their teams. Delivered as a structured engagement producing reusable HR templates and guides.
Service availability is subject to scheduling and capacity. Pensora reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session with reasonable notice if circumstances require it, in which case full refunds or alternative dates will be offered.
4. Enrolment & Booking
To book a place on a workshop or to enquire about the toolkit or advisory service, please contact us through the form on our website or directly by email or phone. All bookings are subject to written confirmation from Pensora.
Confirmed bookings are held until the day of the session. If a session is over-subscribed, Pensora will offer the next available date. Pensora does not operate waiting lists on a binding basis — placement is confirmed once a booking acknowledgement is sent.
For the HR Communication Advisory service, a scoping call or written brief exchange will take place before formal engagement begins. The scope of work will be set out in a separate summary document provided to the client organisation.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry or booking.
- Use the website and any materials distributed in a lawful and respectful manner.
- Not reproduce, republish, or share Pensora's content, handouts, or templates with third parties without prior written consent.
- Not use our services to misrepresent, mislead, or harm any individual or organisation.
- Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website's operation, including through automated data collection without permission.
For B2B clients, the organisation is responsible for ensuring that its representatives attending advisory sessions or workshops behave respectfully and in accordance with these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content produced and distributed by Pensora — including workshop slides, handouts, checklists, templates, guides, and website copy — is the intellectual property of Pensora and is protected under Thai copyright law.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials distributed as part of a booked service for their own personal or internal organisational purposes. This licence does not permit:
- Commercial resale or redistribution of materials.
- Modification of materials for redistribution.
- Use of Pensora's name, logo, or branding without written consent.
For HR Communication Advisory clients, templates and guides produced under a service engagement may be used internally by the client organisation. Pensora retains the underlying intellectual property in all base materials, frameworks, and structural elements.
7. Fees & Payment
Current service fees are listed on our website and are quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Fees are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that engagement.

Payment is due prior to the session or commencement of the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pensora will issue a payment confirmation upon receipt. We accept bank transfer and common digital payment methods; details are provided in the booking confirmation.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: A full refund will be issued, or the booking may be transferred to a future date.
- Cancellation 3–7 days before the session: A 50% refund is available, or the booking may be transferred once to an alternative date.
- Cancellation fewer than 3 days before the session: No refund is available, but attendance may be transferred to another person at the same organisation.
- Cancellation by Pensora: If Pensora cancels a session, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days, or an alternative date will be offered.
For the HR Communication Advisory service, cancellation terms are set out in the individual engagement confirmation. Generally, work completed up to the point of cancellation remains payable at a pro-rated rate.

9. Disclaimers
Pensora's services are educational and informational in nature. Nothing we provide — whether in a workshop, toolkit, written guide, or any other format — constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take any particular action in relation to retirement savings or planning.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information we present is accurate and up to date, but we cannot warrant its completeness or that it will remain current. Regulations, scheme rules, and government policies may change. Users are encouraged to verify information with qualified professionals or official sources before making any decisions.
Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. References to third-party resources or organisations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Pensora's total liability arising from or in connection with a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Pensora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of income, financial decisions made on the basis of educational information provided, or any outcomes arising from the use of document organisation materials.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Pensora's negligence, or for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Thai law.
Force majeure: Pensora will not be in breach of these Terms if a session or service is delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public health measures, or infrastructure disruptions. We will notify you promptly and work to find an alternative arrangement.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pensora, its staff, and representatives from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal expenses) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services or materials, or any inaccurate information you provided to us in connection with a booking or engagement.
12. Termination
Either party may end a service engagement with written notice. Pensora reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service engagement where a User has breached these Terms, behaved inappropriately, or where Pensora has reasonable concern about the circumstances of an engagement.
If Pensora ends an engagement for reasons other than User breach, fees paid for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Where termination follows User breach, refund entitlement is governed by the Refund Policy in Section 8.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive the end of any engagement.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be approached informally — please contact us at [email protected] and we will aim to reach a fair resolution within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to mediation under the procedures of the Thai Mediation Institute or a mutually agreed mediator. Either party may subsequently seek resolution through the courts of Thailand if mediation does not produce a satisfactory outcome.
For B2B clients, the dispute resolution process set out in the engagement confirmation takes precedence over this section where there is a conflict.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any written booking confirmation or engagement summary, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to a service. They supersede any earlier representations or discussions.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Thai law, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver: Pensora's failure to enforce any provision on a given occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: Pensora may transfer its obligations under these Terms to another entity in connection with a restructure or change in organisation, with notice to affected Users. Users may not assign their booking or engagement rights without Pensora's written consent.
- Notices: Formal notices under these Terms should be sent by email to [email protected]. Notices sent to Users will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where relevant, notify Users who have an active booking or ongoing engagement by email.
Continued use of the website or our services after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revision, please contact us before your next service engagement so that we can discuss the relevant provision.
