"I had attended a seminar run by a financial company a year earlier and spent most of it confused about whether they were explaining things or trying to sell me something. The Pensora workshop was completely different. The facilitator explained how the Social Security Fund works, what the contribution rates mean, and where to find the official numbers — and left it there. I went home with a handout I have actually referred to since."

"I booked the Document Organiser Toolkit after realising I had no idea where my provident fund statements were — some were in email, some in a folder at home, and some I had never printed at all. The guided session was calm and practical. We went through the checklist together and I ended up with a system I could actually maintain. I did wish there had been a little more time to ask questions, but overall it was well worth it."

"We engaged Pensora to produce an HR communication pack for our Bangkok office. We had about 60 staff who had never received a clear explanation of how our provident fund actually worked, and the annual statements we sent out were not helping. Pensora produced a guide and a FAQ page that our HR team now uses during onboarding. The editable files were a real bonus — we updated the contribution figures ourselves last month without needing to go back to them."

"I work independently, so I had never had an employer explain a provident fund to me. I came to the group workshop mostly just wanting to understand what my self-employed contributions actually do and where they go. The session answered that clearly and also covered things I had not thought to ask about. The facilitator was patient with what were probably quite basic questions from some of us."

"Every year when we ran the benefit briefing for new hires, someone from the finance team would present it and inevitably someone in the room would ask a question that derailed the whole thing. The guide Pensora produced covers the most common questions in a structured way so that the session itself can focus on what is specific to our company. It made a real difference to how we run onboarding now."

Logistics Supervisor · Bangkok
"I have been contributing to a provident fund for eleven years and genuinely did not know what would happen to it if I changed jobs. The workshop covered exactly this kind of question — not in a general way, but by explaining the process clearly and pointing me to the forms I would need to complete. That was worth the price of the session by itself."

Medium-Sized Logistics Company, Bangkok
HR Advisory · April 2025
The Situation
A logistics firm with 85 Bangkok-based staff had a well-structured provident fund arrangement, but employees — particularly newer hires — consistently said they did not understand it. Annual statements were generating more confusion than clarity.
What Pensora Did
We ran a discovery session with the HR lead, reviewed existing benefit documentation, and produced a plain-language internal guide and a staff FAQ document. Drafts were revised once following HR team feedback.
The Outcome
The HR team now uses the guide during onboarding. The number of benefit-related questions raised informally dropped in the months after introduction. The editable files have already been updated once independently.
Individual: Pre-Retirement Preparation, Bangkok
Document Toolkit · May 2025
The Situation
A participant in her mid-fifties had worked for four employers over twenty-seven years, each with different provident fund arrangements. She was approaching retirement but had no clear picture of what she held or how to bring it together.
What Pensora Did
We ran a Document Organiser Toolkit session, working through the checklist to identify which documents she had, which were missing, and where to obtain the missing ones. The session took around two hours.
The Outcome
She left with an organised folder system, a completed record sheet, and a short list of documents to request from former employers. She subsequently arranged a consultation with a licensed financial planner — better prepared than she had been at the start.
